Alex Cross’s Trial
by John Patterson and Richard Dilallo

The story supposed to have been written by the fictional Alex Cross about his fictional grandfather in Mississippi during Teddy Roosevelt‘s administration. TR sends a white lawyer to investigate lynchings. He finds plenty. There is a trial and then a big fight. Well done depiction of race hatred.
