Double Cross
by James Patterson

An Alex Cross novel in which two serial killers are after him. One is Kyle Craig who escapes from maximum security prison in Colorado and returns to D.C. The other is a fan of Craig who likes to murder people in front of large audiences. Cross’s profiling efforts are totally irrelevant as usual. He is outwitted at every turn by the murderers. Cross’s girlfriend Bree who is a top detective on the D.C. police force saves the day with her athleticism. At the end Kyle Craig is still on the loose. An exciting page turner.
