Midnight Mass
by F. Paul Wilson

Vampires have taken over Europe, Asia, and the major cities on the east coast of America at the outset of the story. A rabbi, a priest, the priestís lesbian niece, and a nun lead a counter=attack from New Jersey. The vampires are traditional: sunlight and wooden stakes through their hearts can kill them, they need human blood for nourishment, they are evil, some of them can fly, they are much stronger and faster than humans, they can see well at night.

This is a well plotted and well written story and a page turner.
