All the Rage
by F. Paul Wilson

A sequel to The Tomb and to Freak Show. Possibly the best Repairman Jack novel. Drugs that make people belligerent are being made from the blood of the last living creature from The Tomb, who is kept in a cage as part of a traveling freak show. Jack is hired by a man who wants revenge on a Serbian gangster, who has a monopoly on selling the drug, and by a young doctor who wants Jack to find out if her boss is being threatened by the gangster. Jack gets humiliating revenge on the gangster. Humor is mixed in nicely with the action. The creature escapes from the freak show and is running free at the end.
