For a New Liberty
by Murray Rothbard

Finally! The definitive introduction to libertarianism. Very thorough and well written. It should blow the minds of most people who read it. Even libertarians will find new ideas and facts. The arguments are presented in Rothbard's clear and concise style.

The total impact of having virtually all aspects of libertarianism explained in a well written and integrated fashion is a great contribution. It is far superior to any other introduction to libertarianism and it is the best book to date on the philosophy.

I am afraid I will have to sue Murray for stealing Part 1 "The Libertarian Credo" from my soon to be written book.

The revised (1978) edition brings the book up to date. All the changes are improvements. It continues to be the best libertarian book.

Year Read: 1973, 1980
