George Wythe of Williamsburg
by Joyce Blackburn

A “biography” of George Wythe that reminds me of a high school report by a kid who has about 50 words of actual information and needs to stretch it to 10 pages. It is almost saved at the end by the story of Wythe’s mulatto son and Wythe’s grandson who murdered Wythe and the boy.
