Mojave Crossing
by Louis L’Amour

A good short novel told by William Tell Sackett. A sequel to Sackett. Tell has a sack of gold he wants to take across the desert to Los Angeles to cash in so he can buy trading goods and sell them in Arizona. A pretty girl asks him to take her along. She is evil. The title is relevant to the story for a change.
