James J. Hill, the Scrantons, Charles Schwab, John D. Rockefeller, and Andrew Mellon
and a concluding chapter on how all American history text books have got it wrong or
even backwards. He makes a useful distinction between political capitalists and the
entrepreneurial capitalists featured in this book.
