Paths to Otherwhere
by James P. Hogan

Another excellent sci-fi novel about multiple universes some of which are close to our own and can be reached by individuals who have alter egos in the target universe. Some of the good guys escape to a better version of Earth in which WWI and WWII didn't happen and people of all races and cultures have learned to get along peacefully and governments are reduced almost to insignificance.

Year Read: 2000
