Longer than other Matt Helm novels and much slower to develop to the point where
you know what is going on. Otherwise the writing is crisp and Helm’s opinions and
attitude are the same as in the other novels. The plot involves mysterious
disappearances of vessels in the Bermuda Triangle and threats against a female
journalist who is looking into the mystery.
