The Right Stuff

A history of the Apollo space program that captures the viewpoints of the pilots/astronauts and juxtaposes it with the media's image of them (as All-American heros) and their peer's image of them (as glorified chimpanzees). It is so enjoyable to read that it is hard to put down.
