The Scarpetta Factor
by Patricia Cornwell

The longest Scarpetta novel so far. It consists mostly of conversations among the long established characters in the series and the god-like authorís commentary on their states of mind about their relationships with each other. It has less action than any other Scarpetta novel. Somehow it held my interest even though it is the least exciting of her novels.

Year Read: 2011
