A personal history of Mencken‘s association with the Sun newspapers in Baltimore. The general subject does not interest me, but I enjoyed some of the biographical information and stories that he included along the way, and, of course, the writing itself is something to admire. He was more influential in politics and more consciously libertarian and more well traveled than I realized.
