Velocity
by Dean Koontz

A suspenseful novel about a man harassed by a psychopathic murderer who gives him choices as to who will be the next murder victim. It is not a horror novel. Nothing supernatural happens, although I kept expecting it. It is solid. All loose ends are tied up, and there are lots of them. Very enjoyable. A page turner.
