Wall Street and FDR
by Anthony Sutton

This book clearly, but somewhat repetitiously, shows that FDR used the political means to accumulate wealth for himself and his Wall Street associates. He was quite conscious of the nature of government as the organization of the political means, and he was a virtuoso of political exploitation. The book is written from a right-wing, free-market perspective, and, therefore, makes more sense to me than any left-wing muckraking books dealing with similar subjects.
