The Yankee Years
by Joe Torre and Tom Verducci

A rambling, ungrammatical account of things that happened in major-league baseball during the years Joe Torre was managing the Yankees. Small parts of the book here and there show signs of input from Joe. The majority of the book consists of the somewhat disorganized reporting of Verducci. Torre should have picked a co-author who could write. Nevertheless, the book has some interesting information, and there is no such thing as a bad book about the New York Yankees.
